Miracles: Eureka College to Host annual Fall Chorale and Chambers Singers Concert Nov. 17
EUREKA — Eureka College’s annual Fall Chorale and Chambers Singers Concert will be held on Nov. 17 at 4 p.m. inside Becker Auditorium of the Donald of B. Cerf Center.
The event, which is titled “Miracles,” is free and open to the public.
This program, EC Director of Choral Activities and Assistant Professor of Music Dr. Sarah Riskind says, explores the miraculous in nature, divinity, and human connection.
Along with the world premiere of Caroline Mallonee's "Leave Us Tonight the Nightingale," Chorale and Chamber Singers will perform Renaissance villancicos, two Jewish pieces in a traditional scale, Ysaye Barnwell's "Wanting Memories," and other works.
