Background
Ken has worked in higher education for close to 40 years and worked at Eureka College since 1993. He has served in a variety of positions in a number of campus areas including Student Life, Alumni and Development, Admissions, and Athletics. His current role allows him to work directly with students and help enhance their college experience.
Professional and Community Engagement
Ken has been professionally active in a number of national and international professional organizations and held leadership positions in the National Association for Student Activities (NACA) and The Association of College Unions International (ACUI). He is locally involved in a number of organizations and projects and serves a Chair of the Eureka Police Commission. Ken is also a member of the National and Illinois Association of Realtors.
About
Ken is originally a native of the state of Arkansas and resides in Eureka with his wife, Joanie. Two of Ken’s three children, along with his son in law, are graduates of Eureka College. His son Blake serves as Media Services Coordinator and Sports Information Director for the College. Ken is an avid Hunter and Fisherman and sport fan. He enthusiastically follows a number of teams especially the Eureka Red Devils!
